I have an unhealthy appreciation for sports. Sometimes, I think to myself, “Well, really, I only follow college football, college basketball, boxing, the NHL, the NFL, and occasionally the NBA, cycling, tennis, and golf . . . it could be worse.” So, while this blog will focus primarily on college sports (i.e. football and basketball), in particular the University of California, it will also include a little bit from most of the above. As for the name of the blog, I have no fucking idea what it means. I thought it sounded kinda cool and I wasn’t creative enough to come up with some play on the words Cal, Golden, Bears, Blog, Necessity, Fangs, Oski, Talk, With, The, Band, Field, On, or Is. Sorry.
